PACO DIAZ ARQUITECTOS – (Cozumel)

(5/5) Arquitecto Díaz and his team did an amazing job on our major home remodel. Not only staying on schedule, a 7 month project, but creating excellent quality work throughout the project. This was a significant remodel on our home. We added a master suite complete with walk in closet and master bath. Also we gutted the old kitchen removed walls and made a gorgeous new large kitchen. Retiled the entire second level, and extended the 3 floor roof by about 2 1/2 meters adding a glass railing. The attention to detail and quality is impeccable. We spoke to multipe arquitectural firms before choosing Diaz. We highly recommend this firm, in our opinion they are the best on the island.

(5/5) Paco Diaz designed and coordinated the build of our dream home on the beach. From the very beginning we knew we had found the very best architect and architect firm for the job. Paco and his team were absolutely amazing. We were out of the country for the entire build but we felt as if we were there. Paco oversaw every detail. He regularly had zoom calls with us to update us on the project and answer any questions we had. Paco was very patient as we designed and redesigned our plans and continued to be with us every step of the way throughout the entire project, answering our questions, making changes as we requested, updating us daily with texts and pictures. Paco made valuable recommendations which added incredible design features elevating the beauty of our home. Paco was relentlessly focused on providing the best quality and that was most certainly achieved. Paco ensured we purchased only quality materials that would withstand the harsh environment at the beach. Paco was always there whenever we needed him and I know he will continue to be there. When you partner with Paco you build a relationship that does not only extend for as long as the project but will last a lifetime. We are incredibly thankful to have met Paco and his family. We are very pleased with our beautiful new home and would highly recommend Paco Diaz Arquitectos to anyone looking for an excellent partner to build their home.

It’s also required a high level of expertise to determine how to resolve a lot of architectural problems caused by a long period of abandonment. Paco‘s company did an absolutely amazing job at a fair and reasonable price. They were always timely, always communicating progress, and extremely courteous.

We were out of the country for most of the construction, and while I had some serious reservations about building a house in Mexico without being onsite daily, we are very happy with the results. I really can't say enough good things about Paco and his company, but I am going to try.Detailed quote - Everything was discussed up front and there were no surprises about the price.Very knowledgeable - Paco had well thought out answers to all of my questions. Even after the delivery of the house, they have been very responsive in working with us to address the minor issues that we have found.Family business - Paco's son Arturo was onsite daily and was a huge help making sure things were running smoothly and tying up loose ends. We met employees that have been working with them for over 20 years. Some of the crews are composed of families with multiple generations working together.Throughout the build process and after, we have always felt like they are working in our best interest. We are very happy with our house and I fully expect to work with them on future projects.
